1 Hour Visiting Southeast Asia's Largest Water Purifier Factory

The first impression when arriving at the factory is the large space, the building blocks are arranged to facilitate production, import and export vehicles. Karofi's factory has 4 workshops: Mechanical, Plastic, Core, Assembly; Executive building area, cafeteria for employees and modern warehouse.

In order for the designs to be realized, the first step is to make the body. At the Karofi factory, the hulls are produced on-site at the mechanical workshop. This area uses modern automatic and semi-automatic machinery systems, ensuring the production of precise mechanical details. After being checked to meet the standards, the raw materials will be transferred to the punching machine to create the cube-shaped parts to produce a rough shell. Then, the shell will be transferred to the welder, painted to become a complete shell product before moving to the assembly department.

In the plastic workshop area, the plastic injection machine will be responsible for producing plastic parts on the Karofi water purifier such as: filter cup, filter cap, core body ... on modern production lines for large capacity and high precision.

The soul of each water purifier is the filter core. A good filter element, with quality assurance, can produce a healthy water source for users. At the Karofi factory, the filters are produced on site. Karofi water purifier core is manufactured on a continuous system of automatic and semi-automatic combined machines that advanced manufacturers in the world are applying.

Once completely assembled, the machine will be put to test run to check the quality. When it meets the standards, it will be cleaned and packaged completely. The production quality inspection process is applied ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management system with 100% of products checked before reaching the hands of customers.

Verification in Karofi is implemented according to the procedures of the Ministry of Health according to the guidance of WHO and Unicef. The Institute of Occupational Health and Environment - Ministry of Health will take samples of water purifiers at the required rate at each batch of the factory and test and evaluate at the laboratory. Only batches that meet the requirements will be stamped QCVN6-1: 2010 / BYT showing that the filtered water of Karofi water purifier can be drunk directly. Currently in Vietnam, Karofi is the first and only unit implementing this process and is certified for the Water Purifier meeting the National Standard for Direct Drinking Water.

The Karofi water purifier, after finished product production, will be transferred to the warehouse unit on the side for storage. Hundreds of thousands of water purifiers are stored intelligently with the support of modern machines, making it convenient to load and unload goods.

Besides the factory, warehouse, and the high-quality cafeteria system, karofi is also well invested to provide maximum support for employees.

Karofi's water purification factory is built on an area of ​​nearly 40,000 m2 in Yen My (Hung Yen province), meeting about 700 - 1000 employees working here. On average, each day, at Karofi factory, about 2,000 water purifiers are produced to serve customers.
