Supply and installation of pure water booths at Van Don international airport
Van Don Airport is the first airport in Vietnam that is privately owned and operated. Located in Doan Ket commune, Van Don district, Quang Ninh province, on a total area of 325 hectares, Van Don airport is invested in the form of BOT with a total amount of about 7,700 billion VND.
In early 2019, Van Don Airport completed the installation of 4 free pure water stations for passengers. The project is entrusted to KAROFI Joint Stock Company - a prestigious unit leading expert in the water purifier industry to deploy and complete.
The installed water pump system has a capacity of 2000l/h. The output water quality of the system has been tested to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations on direct drinking water safety.
Van Don airport has also been approved by the Ministry of Transport as an airport of level 4E (according to the standard code of the International Civil Aviation Organization - ICAO) and a military airport of grade II. Equipping and installing a free purified water system for passengers helps Van Don airport improve service quality and meet the needs of domestic and foreign passengers.
