II. PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION

The system works by following steps:

- Seawater is drawn by the source pump. If the water pressure is weak or there is no water, the system cannot turn on the pump.

Pumping water pump source  through the pre-filter column and through the PP filter to the pressure pump. PP 5mm filter in the inner filter cup must be regularly checked with the naked eye and replaced when heavily soiled.

The pressure pump pushes seawater through the RO membrane under high pressure of about 55 bar, this pressure will filter seawater into fresh water, recovery rate (30-40)%. When the pressure is> 65bar, the system will automatically stop to protect the membrane.

The collected finished water has TDS <400 ppm, if the finished water is salty, the system will automatically stop the machine and report an error.

6	Control cabinet Using inverters to control motors ensures long life and stable operation. Finished water quality controller: Continuous display of measured value on LCD screen. Automatically stopping the machine and reporting errors when the finished water quality exceeds the permitted level.

V. WARRANTY TERMS

Karofi commits to warranty for Karofi seawater filtration systems directly distributed by the company in the Vietnamese market.

1. All Karofi seawater filtration systems are warranted for 18 months (from the date of system handover).

2. The company will provide warranty for products within the warranty period. The warranty depends on the specific case that we will replace completely or limit the repair, replacement of parts.

3. The company only provides warranty for defects caused by manufacturers during production such as technical defects, or production workers' skills.

4. The company will not be responsible for warranty in the following cases:

• Subjective errors caused by users such as: wrong process operation.
• The user self-repairs without being appointed by the Company.
• Failure due to force majeure such as natural disasters, fires, storms, floods, lightning, falls, power problems.
• Consumables need to be replaced periodically.

The Company knows that the warranty provisions cannot cover all terms arising due to errors beyond the company's ability to detect, as well as information that reflects inaccurate errors, unclear errors or errors due to not updating in time. For these cases, the Company will try to assist customers to troubleshoot problems at the lowest possible cost.
